Aeria Sit
The Aeria Sit is indicated for the prevention and treatment of skin breakdown and pressure ulcers in patients at all grades of risk (*in conjunction with the appropriate Aeria dynamic mattress surface and under constant supervision from a healthcare professional).

Suitable for transitory periods of day chair use as part of a 24-hours continuous care pressure management solution, the seating overlay is constructed from 6 x 1.6 inch (40mm) horizontal cells that cyclically inflate and deflate in an alternating pattern. Cyclic alternation of pressure prevents arterial and venous capillary occlusion in the patient’s surface tissue – maintaining and simulating the flow of blood and lymphatic fluids through these tissues to provide essential oxygen and remove metabolic waste products.

A firm internal foam base and static front edge aids user stability and supports strong posture.
